We bring a unique ability to identify candidates that not only fit the skills required, but have the right personality to fit the cultural needs of your company with a focus on diversity.

Although we have hired leaders in many countries our focus is primarily within the US and Canada. Our partnerships may allow for broader reach, but this would need to be discussed upfront. We can assist with full time hires that are remote, hybrid, in the office or willing to relocate.

OUR RESULTS

Our Process begins with a kick-off call, research, sourcing, scheduling update calls and debrief calls as candidates are interviewed. The process typically takes 8-16 weeks (depending on the skill set), but it can take longer based upon the level, niche skills involved, feedback, and priorities within your company.
