Our FEE Structure
We work on milestone commitments to ensure payments are made upon deliverables, not based upon a running clock. And more importantly, we stand behind our candidates and will ensure our clients are taken care of!
Our standard agreement is based on an agreed upon percentage of base salary (only):
* Note the final payment will be adjusted accordingly, based upon actual salary vs. projected used in the first two payments.
The candidate is guaranteed for six months. If the candidate isn’t a fit for any reason other than changes in the business and business needs, we will work together to find a replacement or a refund will be made towards a new search or for the specific search. At the end of the day, you hire a recruiting firm to make your life easier and we are here for just that purpose.
